ETHAN SCHOOL DISTRICT IS HIRING A HEAD MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the school facilities remain clean and in working order.
2. Directs the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all custodial equipment
3. Carry on such other activities as requested to create the best possible conditions for the education of the children.
4. Does minor repairs to building and grounds as needed
5. Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in safe working order and keeps maintenance shop clean
6. Maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff and public.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good Physical Health including ability to lift 50lbs or more. Frequent bending, carrying, lifting or pushing ability.

Last Thursday, Ethan 8th graders traveled to the Wagner armory for a Career Fair! Students had the opportunity to talk with many different professionals throughout various fields of work. Booths included jobs in health care, social work, Army National Guard, Game Fish and Parks, Secret Service, welding services, agriculture, and much more!

The bus is leaving at 3:00pm. We will provide transportation for the JH players on the bus with our Varsity Teams. If you plan on taking your student home with you after their game please get in contact with Mr. Roth or Coach Harter.
Menu Change - Today the students had Pizza instead of Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Sorry for the late notice!! However this Thursday, French Toast Stix for breakfast and Crispy Chicken Sandwich for Dinner.

• Enforce all policies, rules, and regulations of the School Board

Due to Menno closing their school for this week, and into next week. The DH basketball games on Tuesday have been rescheduled for Saturday Feb 12th @Menno. Times for the games remain the same.
The Boys Basketball game against Canistota has been rescheduled into a doubleheader @Ethan on January 24th.
Due to Canistota closing school for the week due to Covid, we must POSTPONE the scheduled Boys Basketball Games on Friday. We are working on an official reschedule date and will provide that as soon as it is finalized!
